企业简介：（500字内） 中科雅丽科技有限公司坐落于山东省寿光市，占地面积124700.7m2。公司从2014年开始与中国科学院理化技术研究所合作，成立了“油气开采与节能环保新材料联合研发中心”，以低密度、高强度球形粉体材料及其下游产品开发为研发方向，共同研发生高性能空心微球系列产品,致力于为油气公司和复合材料公司提供高效环保的减重减阻新型功能填充材料。目前有技术研发人员10人，员工60余人，高性能空心微球设计生产能力2万吨/年。 主要产品： H20~H60HS系列产品，可根据客户的需求（密度、强度、粒度）进行订制。 产品主要用途： 中空结构的空心微球，由于其比重轻，导热系数低等特点，所以能作为一个功能性的减重填料 取代部分石粉、重质碳酸钙、玻纤等应用到汽车轻量化、油漆涂料、塑料、海洋浮体材料、航空航天、深海潜水、乳化炸药以及油气开采等很多领域。 Zhongke Yali Technology Co., Ltd. locates in Shouguang, Shandong Province, covering an area of 124700.7m2. Zhongke Yali cooperates with Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry (TIPC), Chinese Academy of Science from 2014 to develop high performance hollow bubbles, which is a new type of weigh reduction filler. There are 10 people in R&D department and more than 60 employees in the company now. The current capacity is 20KT annually. We can supply H20~H60HS series products according to the different requirement (density, strength or particle size). As a type of functional filler with hollow sphere shape, low density, low thermal conductivity, hollow bubbles are used in a variety of applications including thermoplastics, SMC, BMC, painting and coating, automotive, electronics, construction products, buoyancy, syntactic foam(oil and gas), emulsion explosive and other industrials.
